How to brew delicious green tea

The most important point is to use soft water: under 120mg/L of mineral content. There are also some tips to enjoy delicious green tea.

Hot Tea

The most important point is to use hot water at the proper temperature.

1. Put tea leaves (one tea spoonful per cup) into a “kyusu” teapot. The “kyusu” teapot should be big enough for the number of teacups.

2. Boil water and then cool it down to 70-80 by putting the water into all the teacups to be used.

3. Put the cooled hot water from all the teacups into the “kyusu” teapot. Wait for 60 seconds; tea components infuse into the water.

4. Pour the brewed tea back into the cups. Pour small amount of tea into each cup at a time, going from one cup to another, and then pour another round.

Cold Tea
